Nationwide Shipping: We ship to all 50 states via reliable carriers; shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Packaging: Every board—from the $45 standard to the $85 Collector’s Set—is securely packed to ensure it survives the journey.
Pricing Flexibility: Please note that product pricing and shipping rates are subject to change based on material costs and current carrier fees.
Custom Orders: Items that are personalized or custom-designed are final sale once the laser hits the material.
Quality Matters: If we made a mistake in the etching or there is a defect in the material, we will make it right. Reach out to us at info@twistedlasers.shop within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the packaging and product, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
